• Data Minimization: We only collect the minimal personal data required to authenticate your account (name and email) and connect your forms to Notion. We do not store your form submission contents longer than necessary to transmit them to your Notion workspace.
• Data Processing Control: You have full control over which Notion databases are connected to our app. You can revoke access at any time through your Google or Notion account settings.
• Consent: We obtain clear, explicit consent before processing any account information or establishing connections.
• Data Portability & Erasure: You can request a full export of your account data or request complete account deletion at any time. When you delete your account, we securely wipe your tokens, metadata, and configuration from our servers.
