1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using nDBForms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. User Account and Authentication

To use the service, you must authenticate using your Google Account and authorize nDBForms to connect with your Notion workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use nDBForms for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

• Collecting credentials, credit card details, or other sensitive financial information through unauthorized phishing forms.
• Distributing malicious code, spyware, or hosting illegal materials.
• Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or server protections of nDBForms.

4. Notion Integration

Our service relies on the Notion API. Any issues arising from outages, rate limits, or security incidents on Notion's end are outside of our control. Your workspace is subject to Notion's own Terms of Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

nDBForms is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, nDBForms shall not be liable for any lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or restrict your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe your activity violates our acceptable use policy or these Terms.
